We are excited about ushering in festival seasons with Soikot’s biggest event of the year, Durga Puja, after a two years. As we know the pandemic that hit entire world in 2020 changed our way for life, but after the vaccines were rolled out the life is limping back to normal, but with the variants there are still danger lurking around and we cannot let our guard down completely. As a result, we will be following some precautions for protecting our members. First of all we expect our members and their children above 12 are FULLY VACCINATED.
  1. There will be no stadium sitting, chairs will be placed around tables.
  2. You are requested to wear masks when not siting at your table.
  3. No line for food, people will be called by table numbers.
  4. Seniors, please sit at your table, we will bring food to you.
  5. Limited number of people will be allowed on the stage. But we understand taking photos with your friends and family along with Protima is a must, so please be considerate to others, and make an attempt to maintain physical distancing.
  6. For anjali gather around the table, flower will be brought to you by volunteers and will be collected. Do not climb up the stage.
  7. You are requested to wear masks when you are at the hallway and roaming around the common area.
  8. Back stage has limited capacity, so allow fellow participants to use the space for makeup and get ready for their show. Be on time for your program and adhere to the schedule.
  9. Be courteous during sindoor khela and don’t approach unwilling members.

Durga Puja Rates Soikot’s expenses are met mostly from the member contributions. Following are the registration rates for Durga Puja for all three days ( we do not currently offer single day registrations). This includes food and special programs like Shreya Guha Thakurta on Saturday and Jeet Gannguli concerts on Sunday. This year minimum donation for Family (consists of 2 adults and children below 18 years) is $300 & $150 per individual for the event. We only marginally increased the price, even though rampant high inflation in all spheres. This price include 2.5 days of pujo, food, pizza for kids, local cultural and guest programs.   • Grand Sponsorships - $3000 (and above)
Grand Sponsors are eligible to attend Durga Pujo and all events in 2022 for up to four adults and four children. Attendance for all future Society events up to September 1st, 2023 is free for them.
  • Platinum Sponsorships - $2000 (and above).
Platinum Sponsors are eligible to attend Durga Pujo and all events in 2022 for up to four adults and four children. Attendance for all future Society events up to September 1st, 2023 is free for them.
  • Diamond Sponsorships - $1000 (and above).
Diamond Sponsors are eligible to attend Durga Pujo and all events in 2022 for up to four adults and four children. Attendance for all future Society events up to September 1st, 2023 is free for them.
  • Gold Sponsorships - $750 (and above).
Gold Sponsors are eligible to attend Durga Pujo and all events in 2022 and for up to two adults and two children. Also attendance costs for Saraswati Puja and Spring picnic in 2023 are included.
  • Silver Sponsorships: $500.
Silver Sponsors are eligible to attend the Durga Pujo and all event till 31st December 2022 for up to two adults and two children. ALL THE SPONSOR WILL GET VIP TICKETS FOR THEIR FAMILIES FOR THE JEET GANNGULI SHOW. OTHERS CAN UPGRADE TO VIP SECTION BY PAYING $50 PER HEAD. We accept payment by check or cash only. You can also send money with Zelle at soikotflorida@gmail.com To keep the expense low we are unable to accept credit cards.

  • Individual – $75
